  • Advised u-blox to increase transparency; supported the Company in beginning to report quarterly revenues and other key metrics.
  • Simplified all messaging to make it easier for generalists to understand a complex story.
  • Developed and managed an ongoing outreach program.
    • Secured participation in 6-8 investor conferences in the US annually.
    • Arranged 3-4 one-week long roadshows in the US annually.
  • Introduced investment banking firms to help with potential M&A and/or capital.
  • Active role in organizing the Company’s annual Capital Markets Day.
  • Provided market intel and peer comparison reports including shareholder analysis, quarterly financial/operational metrics, and ESG disclosures.
  • Helped u-blox explore the US listing process – made introductions to all relevant parties.
