By The Equity Group

Time for a fresh look at your company’s investor communications?

There’s no time like the present to review your company’s investor communications and ensure your story is clear, compelling, and accessible to investors. Use our checklist to double down on best practices:

  1. Company description – is it clear and compelling?
  2. Investor presentation – does it tell a story, and is that story simple and understandable?
  3. News releases – are you planning ahead for forthcoming developments, or simply announcing news as it occurs? Are announcements concise and inclusive of the information that matters most to investors?
  4. IR website – does it contain vital information? Is the information clear, well organized and easily accessible?
  5. Earnings calls – are you finding the “sweet spot” of providing valuable information in the prepared remarks, but not overdoing it? Do you feel prepared for the Q&A portion, and are you getting good participation?
  6. Social media – is messaging consistent with the balance of the Company’s communications?
